In this daylong mini retreat, we’ll tap into a moment-by-moment sense of safety, fulfillment and clarity. We’ll see how life naturally leads to freedom and how, with the right understanding, we can follow it. Using biological imagery, group sharing and guided mindfulness, we’ll tap into the Enlightened Now, where freedom is ever present. In this class, we’ll look at reality: what it is, how we relate to it and how to love it. Please note, there will be a one hour lunch break.
