This woodworking hand tools class uniquely lays the foundation for theoretical and practical skills. The class will address basic techniques for using a complementary square, marking gauge, Japanese saw, chisels and hand planer. The main focus is to practice to achieve precision for a successful result in different joineries. Students will be able to take these skills and apply them again in other manual disciplines. Class size is limited to 10; early enrollment is advised.
