Women’s self-defense is just one aspect of this class in body-mind mastery. Improve self-confidence and assertiveness, and learn to move with efficiency and power. Movement, breathing, biomechanics and concentration practices in this class enhance health, well-being and situational awareness. The self-defense partner practices are fun and satisfying. This beginning-level class is an introduction to a body-mind centered way of being in the world, and it leads to a more advanced class that I offer when students are ready. Instructor’s website:
