ID : 6131
« back to classes page

Farmers' Markets continue to bring opportunities for local growers to present wonderful food to an enthusiastic public, and many people enjoy seeing all the choices, and getting fresh-from-farm items. How do you pair what you get at farmer’s market with a wine you might enjoy? This class will explore this by discussing basics of food and wine pairing, matching common foods available at farmer’s markets and practical demonstrations of how to incorporate your farmer’s market finds with wine. Students should bring 2-3 wine glasses to each class. All participants must be at least 21 years old.
