Quiltmaking: Star Blocks

This course teaches the fundamentals of quiltmaking, including fabric and color selection, block techniques, finishing, borders, batting and binding. Students will create a sampler quilt from start to finish, learning new techniques each week. Ongoing development of technique and creative design are supported for different skill levels. The theme for this session will be “Star” blocks. Essential supplies include: a cutting mat, rotary cutter, pins, needles, scissors and fabric.
