This comprehensive and dynamic class is designed with the newest fitness industry standards for adults and older adults. The routine moves from warm ups, strength training, balance, agility and stretching. The instructor is a rehab therapist (Recreational Therapy) with over 30 years of experience. This class will build your strength, improve your balance and flexibility, and leave you feeling energetic and ready to start the day!
