This strength and fitness class benefits adults of all ages. The class provides sensible and safe exercises for improving your strength, cardio–respiratory endurance, flexibility, body composition, posture, and balance. Students use a combination of aerobic machines, free weights, floor exercises and more to address full body strength and fitness. The instructors will help you with a personalized and independent fitness program to meet your individual needs and goals and help prevent—or even reverse—typical trends of aging.
