"Although this is just the third meeting I’ve found significant health benefits from the principles Hazel teaches in this class. For the first time in years, I feel I have the skills I need to improve my balance and fitness. I believe that had I the opportunity to learn Chi Walking 20 year’s ago I would have avoided total knee surgery and the subsequent 3 falls that each resulted in surgical interventions. This class is the key that will give me back an active life style and prevent further injuries.
