The ChiWalking® Program emphasizes walking form - the proper and effective biomechanics of walking to make walking easier on the body. In this class you will learn not only how to walk farther and faster with less effort but also how to avoid the potential aches, pains and discomfort that come from walking incorrectly. Through innovative walking drills and exercises you will learn and practice how to: develop and maintain good posture, use the power of your core for movement and balance, engage efficient arm swing for different walking speeds, loosen joints, breathing technique, post work-out stretches and more.
